Vision ePOD Update

Vision ePOD has now been up and running with our first customer for the past 3 months and it continues to go from strength to strength. Over 150 handheld units are now in operation and reports have shown the system has confirmed in excess of 250,000 delivery lines during its first quarter. Read more » | |

New Vision Website Launched

Today sees the launch of a heavily revised Vision website, with a more up to date design and an improved structure. As well as giving the website a cleaner and more modern design, one of our main goals was to make it more user friendly, this meant completely overhauling the structure. Not only have we re-designed all the pages, but have also re-written the content. We hope the site showcases the products better, with more information easily accessible for both new and potential customers. Over the coming weeks we will be adding more content, screenshots of the products, as well as case studies and downloads. As part of our continuing improvement to the Vision Software Suite, we are happy to announce that we are now in the process of re-developing Vision Invoicing. Although we feel that the current version is very much in line with your current requirements, we are always looking to integrate each of the Vision products more efficiently where possible, and we feel there is an opportunity to do so with Vision Invoicing. Techincal Team now using new Support system

On 26th February the technical team made the final leap to the new support desk system. All existing calls were transferred to the new system, so far reports from customers have been encouraging with only positive feedback. We also now offer live chat from the support site and the main web site, whilst its something new already a number of customers have used this facility. Read more » | |
